By using Probs you agree to these terms.
The service
Probs provides football predictions together with their probabilities. Picks are for information only; they are not certainties and not betting advice. Probs takes no bets and does not refer you to bookmakers.
Who may use it
Probs is for people aged 18 and over. Complying with betting laws where you live is your responsibility.
Account
You sign in with your Apple or Google account and are responsible for its security. We may close accounts that abuse the service.
Free use and Pro subscription
- Free users can unlock one pick per day; the recap and track record are open to everyone.
- Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription that unlocks every pick and instant alerts. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- You can manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own rules.
- Price changes are announced in advance under the stores' rules.
Content
Picks, cards and design belong to Probs. Apart from personal use they may not be copied, scraped, resold or published.
Liability
You are responsible for decisions you make based on the picks and their outcomes. To the extent the law allows, Probs is not liable for losses arising from those decisions. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.
Apple devices
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard end user license agreement (EULA) also applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
