Deleting your account

You can delete your Probs account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

• Open the Probs app and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.
• Your account, notification devices, preferences and daily pick records are deleted right away.

If you can't access the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account; we delete it within 30 days and let you know.

What is kept

Purchase records we must keep by law are kept for that period. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it separately in App Store or Google Play settings.
